We assess the property and its features comprehensively, such as location, purpose of use and its complementary development potential.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #444c53;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Complementary development can be considered as an option if the existing building can be constructed upwards or sideways, or if the plot enables construction of a new building.
